Nice and great location

We had three rooms and one was very noisy with the building works the other two were upgraded. We agreed to have free breakfast cos of the noise - breakfast was good, the bar very very dull and quiet and the location of hotel was great - shame about the building work but would return again as good overall

Competent, clean and comfortable

Hugely convenient for the centre of town, but not on a busy street. There was an air of quiet and friendly efficiency about the check-in and check-out. The room was warm, clean and comfortable, though the tap in the bathroom was a bit shaky. Breakfast was good: plenty of variety and pleasant staff. The bar looked appealing, though we couldn’t fit in having a drink there. During the day there was work going on in several rooms but the only intrusion was drilling and banging, and that stopped in the evening! A good selection of local information was provided on a tablet in the room, though it didn’t seem to make good on promises to call up maps. Overall, an excellent stay.

A truly amazing family holiday

We just returned from an exceptional stay at the Hotel Acacia. We traveled as a family of 6 for our Dads 80th birthday. We had a superior double & family room. Wow amazing rooms really amble sizes especially the family room. Staff at the hotel were amazing and so friendly and helpful. They even upgraded the double bedroom room so our elderly parents could have a walk in shower. The hotel is located on a quiet road and has parking which was great for us as we travelled from the uk by car.
Location of the hotel is amazing with plenty of restaurants and shops around and only a 2 min walk to the markt square. Brugge itself is one of the friendliest and safest cities I have ever traveled too, not to mention one of the most beautiful. The boat ride is a must to fully see the city. It really was a holiday to remember.

Birthday 40 years

It lacks a blanket for cool nights and slippers for this relaxation
Too bad the corridors of rooms 5a 9 very noisy
Otherwise the rest was impeccable the breakfasts worth it
And the hotel is very well located
Nice spacious room and ritual products are a little more

Very friendly welcome !!
Any question was answered immediately.
Clean and nicely laid out rooms.
Good mattresses.
No noise pollution both indoors and outdoors.
A more than extensive breakfast buffet. Choice too much. And delicious.
