Practical and objective hotel for those who want to visit Aparecida.

I start the evaluation by the main strengths of the hotel: (1) the privileged location, near the access gate to the Basilica, just below the Passarela da Fé, 5 minutes walk and you are already in the Church. (2) Cordiality of the service, the hotel staff were very polite, attentive and committed to meeting our demands, really a differential service. Besides these two strengths, one can highlight that it is a very good hotel, triple room had good space with very good bathroom. In the restaurant was served a dinner with a good variety of food. Breakfast is good, does not have a wide variety, but in my opinion it is enough for a day walk.
The hotel does not arrange the room unless requested - it is good for the host to keep this in mind and not be scared if the room is not arranged every day.
The only point to improve that we identified was in one of the rooms we booked (we booked 2 rooms) there was an old air conditioner, no control and was a little noisy.
Surely the hotel is on the list of first options for a future return to Aparecida.

Fuja, look for another option in town!

I was staying in August/24 in a room for 4 people. Room very tight and without many options of sockets to charge the cell phone, tv without picking up all the channels, bedding bore and ripped as well as bath towels. We were rewarded with the visit of a cockroach in the room during the stay and when signaling in the reception what happened (waiting for an apology or the information that they would put insecticide in the room) I received as a response a laugh from the employee. By the reaction I believe to be something common in the place.
Regarding the meals, they are nothing like the photos we found on the hotel's website, besides informing you to work in the buffet mode and we arrive at the hotel and be a la carte service with the hotel's excuse not to be full. We came to request the withdrawal of meals from the package but informed that it was not possible.
After all, if you are looking for a hotel in Aparecida do not fall into the faenician for the attractive price, you will find unprepared staff and a different reality from the publications on the hotel's networks and website. The only positive point is the location.

one of the worst hotels I've been to and I practically live in hotels

Does not provide sheets, holes in the walls near the 'air conditioning system (to evaluate its operation in summer), window with strange opening approximate cleaning. Low Listing Breakfast

Hotel needs to improve.

Hotel with great location, good bed and warm shower. Negatives: single bed sheet in a double bed, breakfast very weak, noise in the rooms facing the street because the windows have no insulation. In the two rooms we passed there is no toilet paper holder (roll is on the sink or decharge lid), demonstrating lack of care with the items in the room.
