Thanks for your comment regarding your stay at Manoir de la Tour.
We're very pleased that you find our hotel well located! and well cared! As you mentioned, we are just located just a few steps from Plains ofAbraham and a few more from Chateau Frontenac.
Parking is easy to find nearby when our parking lot is full.
Our hotel is, you're right, a self-serve hotel. A code is sent to you when you book, and 72h prior check-in, it is re-sent with all the instructions. A team is available by text, email and phone between 7 AM and 11 PM, and during the night for emergency. We're sorry that it was not what you were looking for.
We hope you had enjoyed our beautiful city and we hope to welcome you back!

First of all, we thank you very much for taking a few minutes of your time to send us your valuable comments and impressions regarding your recent stay at the Le Manoir de la Tour.Next, we are sincerely sorry to see that your stay did not meet your expectations.
It is important to know that the Le Manoir de la Tour has recently changed owners and that the new owners are planning several improvements to the Manoir de la Tour such as the automatic lock. We already change all the rooms lock for automatic lock for more security for our guests.
Once again, we thank you very much for taking a few minutes of your time to send us your impressions and we are sincerely sorry that your stay did not live up to your expectations.
