Very good hotel
good breakfast without crowding, good pool with towels available, and no outrageous people.

Clean lobby on arrival.

parking was not available (we literally parked at the hotel door)

Staff very helpful and kind.
Excellent cleaning
breakfast good and quite varied.
Where there is the pool there are chairs and tables where you can stay outside a little in nature and it is very relaxing and pleasant.
I recommend it for those who want to stay close to the center of Concepcion
great location, there is the possibility to call Uber taxis at really great prices.
Close to a large shopping center with very good nearby grocery and restaurants

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). In light of COVID-19 and for precautionary measures, the swimming pool is open with time and people restriction, with prior reservation in the front desk. Hot tub remains closed. Due to government regulation, there is a maximum capacity of people simultaneously in the breakfast area, so you must register a specific time for breakfast at the front desk upon arrival. In addition, there are specific service protocols that must be carried out, such as plastic containers, among others.
Chilean citizens will be charged an additional 19% value added tax. Please note that foreign guests do not need to pay this tax if they show their passports, immigration cards (issued within 90 days), and a non-Chilean credit card.
