This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of CLP 20.000 per pet, per stay applies. The parking is located in Mall Paseo Costanera, the hours of operation are from 07:00hrs to 20:30hrs, outside these hours should contact the hotel reception. In case of loss of parking ticket, the cost must be borne by the customer.

Chilean citizens will be charged an additional 19% value added tax. Please note that foreign guests do not need to pay this tax if they show their passports, immigration cards (issued within 90 days), and a non-Chilean credit card.
