The hotel was great and we had east walking access to restaurants, shopping and beach. We were a little disappointed that the gym was extremely limited and the rooftop in the pictures is only open once per year according to the front desk. The people were very friendly.

Lousy service... It's not acceptable.

By the company we have agreement with this chain, we have visited almost all the hotels of the chain, even in very complicated situations such as the flood of the hotel in Punta Arenas many years ago. This one from Viña del Mar was good, the rooms are still good, but the service is LOUSY. Today I went down to breakfast which is generally good, here was a disgust, the things that had been mispresented, dirty, there were no cups, but if coffee, when the rates came, there was coffee, the eggs arrived and it was disgusting the presentation.... If you said something to the staff, asking in a good way, they CHALLENGED you... It is true that the hotel is quite full, but that shows the dismal organization of the management team.... I asked to speak to the manager, and in surprise I was a lady who was "leaning on breakfast", all I received was an incredible attitude, she challenged me to claim.... Obviously I told him I would... It's a shame... Summary, silo a glass of juice (poor quality) and two slices of ham.... The rest was watching as everyone claimed... Truthfully, after 25 years of having restaurants, I can say that this is lack of faith planning, lack of faith empathy and no leadership of the manager.... For me, it is the end of edte hotel in this town for my company..... I recommend not to go through if it is too full, they do not know how to manage.

Lousy.

I liked that chain of hotels, I had good experience in other regions but the worst experience was in vineyard of the sea.We booked double bed and were given 1 single bed, the air conditioning did not work and it was very hot. The gym is only a very small room with 3 machines and has no ventilation, the air conditioning is adorned. I don't recommend it was a disappointment.

Hotel Diego de Almagro good choice in vVña

Good location, large parking, friendly service. Near Avda. Saint Martin and Avda. Peru. Breakfast good. Restaurant sandwich good and hearty. Rooms facing the estuary Marga-Marga have nice views. I'd just add a welcome drink.

Lack of widespread staff education

The hotel is reasonable, good breakfast and good location, what leaves to be desired is the treatment of the staff, extremely unwilling, do not strive to make themselves understand and not even to understand us, are poorly polite.
They don't give information about the region, they even call a taxi!!
In addition I had and experience of having to buy water at the hotel and they charged absurd 60 reais for 4 waters (R$ 15 per unit) that is 2500 chilean pesos, an abuse that neither Valle Nevado nor the Airport is practiced, I tried to question, I was ill-treated, they are intolerant even!!
There are other good options in the region, being in a place where you are poorly served, for me is a negative difference.
