Location the hotel is good i like it,near station 🚉 you can walk to station to go anywhere and front
information is kind they help me check in before time to check in. Decide room is beautiful and have space for 2 people enough for living ,if i come back at Chengdu i will stay there again 👍🏻good

The overall service is so so..... doesn't deserve a 4 star hotel. The security issue is our concerns cause someone can reach our floor and slot in the name card for massage service.

It was nice hotel, near metro station. Some staff did speak decent English, others did not. Overall it was a good stay.

Everything perfect, the room, the small studio, was small but clean tidy comfortable with enough space for everything and a big and clean bathroom. The hotel was in a very nice position with everything nearby
Highly recommended

quiet an 4star old hotel but the room overall was clean and tidy. Unfortunately since we're foreigner it takes long time in Checked in process. I suggest the front desk can learned more how to deal with the foreign passport
