tendremos en cuenta algunas recomendaciones como resaltar los enchufle que sean mas visible debido a que estan ubicado en la parte tracera de los nocheros y otros detalles que debemos trabajar para este año . gracias por darnos la oportunida de atenderlo en mejor manera posible que solemos hacer dia a dia . y de comprender que en esta ciudad es caliente y no se requiere agua caliente como muchas personas reclaman como prioridad que no es necesario. gracias

Already low expectations were unmet.
- Friendly Reception Staff
- Clean rooms
- Good and fast internet service
Cons
- Not hot or warm water
- No windows in room
- Car alarm of car next door went off every 15 minutes throughout the day
- Single Towel and no toiletry but piece of soap provided
- Cab drivers don't know the hotel
- Cleaning personal does not knock before trying to enter room

A very welcoming place.
We enjoyed our rooms. They were clean, comfortable and pleasant.
The hotel is well located in the center, in a safe neighbourhood, with taxis, buses etc.
A good value for money !
Oh and yes, there is a jacuzzi on the roof...
