Pure perfection!

One of the very few places that you don’t have to even think of what the proper rating should be - the apartment is just perfect. It’s enjoyable, clean or rather superclean, comfortable, big enough. Solid wifi connection, tv, the facilities are good, you can expect all that you would ever need (e.g. corkscrew;) You can enjoy the night on the balcony with a glass (of water, maybe) in your hand. The apartment is located in a walking distance to the sea and the beach so you can even hear the waves and almost feel the breeze. It’s also close to the main attractions. Rather quiet surroundings. There are many places to park your car near the building. The owner is a nice person. You can check in at anytime and it’s possible to come early too, but you need to ask if they have enough time to prepare the room for you. Definitely the best choice for a hassle-free stay in Paphos.

Horrible

We booked a studio for one weekend and the experience was horrible. When we arrive at the location, there was black mold everywhere (as in pics). And the studio wasn't the one we booked (with balcony), it was changed. between the door and the frame there was a space through which the wind passed. Of course we left immediately, it was very unsafe to breathe mold spores. At least we get the refund but it would have been unpleasant not to find quickly another room for booking.

Excellent little apartment, great location, friendly owner, would recommend for sure!

Good location, near to plenty of shops, only 2 minutes from Kato Pafos, near to main link roads to Pafos Airport and further afield, covered parking, everything worked, view of the sea and sunsets, great shower, kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils.
