Haile Resort in March 2025

The stay has been awesome having been here for a month. The staff have been exemptional in all areas, addressing my needs as desired. The food was perfect, enjoying different meals, especially Ethiopian delicacies. Room ambience was great being a lake view one as well as perfect internet.

It’s a nice resort. But I think it’s best suited for family with children and married couples or if you want to impress your date. All the staffs were nice and helpful. The best thing thing was to see the lake and enjoyed it from my window especially when I wake up in the early morning. But I had one big issue that am trying to solve still they charged me again which was inconvenient even though I told them my reservation was already paid online obviously on your website. But they didn’t charge me twice when I booked via Booking. So not sure where the miscommunication came from.

excellent service

the haile resort hawassa is amazing. gorgeous setting. exceptionally clean. amazing spa with sauna and massage services. every single person greets you with a smile and tremendous generosity. there are too many people to mention everyone’s name, but i’ll give special note to selamawit at front desk who was exceptionally kind and helpful,
mintesnot was so attentive upon my departure. and i have to offer deep gratitude for the general manager Ato Zemenu who kindly extended my chef out time when i fell ill. it was above and beyond anticipated care. so very grateful.

Hawassa resort stay

The customer support is the best and the environment is relaxing.
The hotel has international level facilities. It has beautiful lake next to it
The rooms are clean and spacious.
Complimentary services are also excellent and available throughout.

Best Hotel in Ethiopia

This Hotel is good in terms of customer service. Have great complement events like sauna, steam bath, swimming pool, lake view, football field, volleyball court, etc. They don't engage in other hidden charges like other hotels. I will encourage others to visit the hotel.
