The Worst Gift – Disappointing Experience and Questionable Practices
After the stay, the hotel charged €70 under the pretext that the sofa bed had been opened, without any warning, any indication or mention at check-in. Everything was supposed to be included, yet they found an excuse to take money without warning.
Not only was this gift spoiled, but the hotel refuses to refund. They take your bank details in advance and can charge you anything they want after you leave. A real scam. To flee absolutely!

Suite à nos divers échanges concernant votre séjour, nous avons facturé l'ouverture et l'utilisation du canapé-lit alors que celle-ci n'était pas prévue, ni demandée. Je vous ai d'ailleurs interrogé sur le besoin d'ouvrir le canapé-lit alors que votre réservation a été faite pour 2 personnes en principe...mais sans réponde de votre part. Il est clairement indiqué dans nos conditions générales de ventes que toute utilisation sans demande préalable serait facturée. La caution demandée à l'arrivée est faite en cas de dégradation ou dans ce genre de situation.
Comme précisé également, nous préférerions que le règlement soit respecté afin de ne pas avoir à facturer ce type de prestation.

Flee This Hotel – Scam and Dishonest Practices!
After my stay, they deducted €70 without justification, refusing any negotiations. The staff is dishonest: the man on the phone lied, promising a confirmation email that never arrived. No transparency, no honesty – just an outright scam. Don't take any chances, avoid this hotel!

Very good hotel!!
New Year’s Eve very pleasant as last year! Excellent food, thanks to the chef and his team! And also very nice restaurant staff, attentive and very professional.
Brunch of January 1st also excellent!
Very comfortable bedding. Room and hotel very clean!
Great weather to come back and enjoy the great pool!
