Perfect evening. Great food. Amazing kitchen!

If in ile rousse don‘t miss this place. Great, fresh food with local touch. The recommendation of the day always seems worth a try. And the warm chocolate cake with the owners own caramel sauce is a must for desert. Enjoy!

Speluncato surprise

U Sechju hotel in Speluncato is a hidden gem. A beautiful old villa, tastefully updated. Some rooms still need to be renovated, but our room overlooking the valley was very modern, with a very modern bathroom that is really inside the room, behind a curtain. (Not the room for people who want total bathroom privacy.) The hotel has a lovely patio on the town square, and an EXCELLENT restaurant. The best meal we had in our week in Corsica. Fresh local ingredients, beautifully cooked and served by the owner/chef. The owner also helped us with advice on local walks, local mountain pools and other bits of local information. A real highlight of our trip.

Very friendly staff in a big house next to main church of the small town. Don't forget to stroll through as the small street are a nice experience and lead to nice views. Dinner was good. Accross is a cheaper place but that.showa and tastes as well. Breakfast outside was great. Parking was also easy if you use the indicated free parking zone at the entrance of the village, it's small walk to the hotel. We arrived late and the parking places closer were all taken.

insomma...

la struttura è senza dubbio affascinante, perché si tratta di un palazzo storico, che presenta molti limiti: impianto lettrico vecchissimo, con due sole prese elettriche tra camera e bagno, non c'è aria condizionata e le porte sono vecchie e non isolano dai rumori. Segnalo anche che la struttura è accanto ad una chiesa, con una campana che suona ogni ora dalle sette di mattina fino a mezzanotte, e che non è dotata di parcheggio e non è facile parcheggiare vicino. Prezzo un po' caro in generale e sconsiglio di fare colazione presso l'hotel!

Excellent hôtel. La chambre dans les combles est très agréable et décorée avec goût. La vue sur la vallée est magnifique. Nous avons adoré.et les restaurant est excellent.
