We are not used to getting such negative reviews and therefore we are very sad about yours. With regrets we must realize that we couldn't win you with the comfort and service features our H4 Hotel generally is popular for. Nevertheless we are thankful for your feedback as it helps us to continuously improve ourselves. Please accept our apologies for the mentioned inconveniences and rest assured that they certainly do not meet our quality standards or demands on ourselves. Especially our staff usually is very much appreciated for their kindness and we are very sorry for your opposite experiences. As a matter of course we will not only discuss your meaningful notes with our colleagues but also use it for internal training purpose. Furthermore we will try to find the cause of the bad smell in your room. Hopefully you will give us another opportunity to change your point of view during a future visit.

With regrets we must realize that your expectations of a pleasant stay at our H4 weren't satisfied due to mentioned circumstances. Please accept our sincere apologies for all the trouble and for our colleagues who have fallen short of your prospects. We are deeply sorry for having upset you so much and we assure you that impolite behavior or inattentive acting certainly isn't common. Quite the opposite, our entire team generally is very appreciated for their kindness and service features. As a matter of course we will consult not only our housekeeping staff but the reception night shift as well. Furthermore we have refunded the city tax which was charged twice by mistake. The satisfaction of each guest is our top priority, and we hope for another opportunity to prove it to you too.
