Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise. AGE RESTRICTIONS: In Germany unaccompanied 16 to 18 only are permitted to stay in private rooms. To do so, they must present Generator's parental/guardian consent form and a copy of valid photo identification from the parent/guardian. Unaccompanied under 18's are not allowed to stay in shared rooms, unless they are part of a group that has booked out the entire shared room. The group leader must provide the required documentation to Generator. Failure to comply with these policies will result in automatic cancellation of the booking with no refund. Guests violating these rules will not be permitted to check into the Hostel. AMENITIES: Guests staying in the twin rooms, double rooms or single rooms are issued with towels free of charge, but guests staying in the dormitories have to bring their own towels or rent them at the hostel for an additional charge of €5. PET POLICY: We would welcome a dog on property, but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a fee per dog per stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34 kg.

The hotel will charge city tax which is subject to the actual room rate.
