Many thanks to the and tire staff here, from valet to laundry to restaurant to room service, they are all the absolute best people. If I could give 11 stars I would.

Good hotel, good location
I stayed at the Hyatt Regency twice in one trip. Reception: On our first stay, we arrived at the hotel at 6am. We tried to check in early, however, the room wasn't available due to the hotel being full. Eventually we checked in at 12pm. We were helped by Dharmesh, who was incredibly helpful and approachable throughout both trips. Room: Our first room on the 10th floor was very good, roomy and clean. The cleaning staff were also helpful. On the second visit, we had a room on the lower floor. I have to mention Prasanta and Tarun who were present if I needed anything. Breakfast: The food available on offer was good. Service needs improvement. Restaurants: Both China House and Tinello offered delicious food and service, especially by Prashont and Kundan I also have to mention that Anup at the door was so friendly.
Improvement:
Service at reception (excluding Dharmesh, Kiran and Sukhram) needs improving. I found the rest of the staff need to improve their customer service skills, especially as they are the first people visitors would encounter at the hotel. Secondly, when requesting something from housekeeping took more than one phonecall. Once it took 45 mins to receive an item. I had to call 3 times before the item arrived. Service at breakfast was chaotic and mismanaged. There was no order on how you were allocated a table as people used to barge whilst I was waiting for a table. Despite having enough staff, management were not overseeing the small things, like clean cutlery on a vacant table. Even getting a cup of tea felt seemed like it was too much trouble. Once, my order was completely forgotten. Whilst there was a good variety of food on offer, it wasn't replenished and was often cold. The whole service system needs improvement.

Great location, walking distance to the the Riverside front.
Check-in was slow as the rooms were not ready. Paid for a riverview room but got a city view room instead.
Was spoilt with Buffet choice for breakfast and dinner, a bit pricey.
Rooms are spacious and clean.
Not much sitting places in the lobby.
