Staff are very friendly and helpful, hotel management must provide complete toiletries like shanpoo and conditioner.

The standard of the room facilities did not look anything like the pictures or reviews. The manager was helpful. However ,we entered the room and then asked for a refund 10 minutes later.
I would definitely not suggest this hotel to anyone.

typical 3 star hotel

Post Kuala Lumpur flight, back again in Jakarta. stayed at a 3 star hotel, Asyana Kemayoran, for 1 night on July. lobby Was spacious, Pool size was enough, breakfast was great for the price. the room was a typical 3 Star hotel room, nothing special, but nothing to complaint about as well. overall a good and normal hotel at Kemayoran, Jakarta.

Still a good value in Jakarta

Haven't stayed here since pre-pandemic, when it was an Ibis. It hasn't changed much, and I still like it. Rooms qualify as somewhat old by now, but everything worked fine, and I think the A/C was renovated; it really cranked out the cool air. The pool is a pleasant place to sit; it's surrounded by walls, so there's always shade. I dislike, however, that they now won't let you take breakfast outside. On the plus side, there's now a dinner buffet that's convenient if you don't want to go out. The old place had dinner, but this is much improved. There used to be an inner "adult massage" area; this is gone.
