Perfect city hotel
The room was very clean and sufficiently spacious. The breakfast buffet is good quality and offers something for everyone, the service is fast, so you never had to wait long for the next cup of coffee. Generally, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The next time we visit Bolzano we will gladly come back to the city hotel Citta.

Service to be treated
During my recent stay, I was impressed by the beauty and modernity of the hotel. The rooms are elegant and well appointed, with stunning views of the city. The location is ideal, in the heart of Bolzano, making it easy to explore the local wonders.
However, my experience was ruined by a service below expectations. I decided to stop at the bar to enjoy a coffee and sat at a table already used by a previous customer, without proper cleaning having been carried out. I waited about ten minutes before a waiter decided to take my order. When he finally arrived, he served me coffee, but left all that was left of the previous client on the table, an unacceptable detail for a hotel with such a high reputation.
I did not expect such poor service from a hotel located in such a central location and with such a high appointment. I hope they can improve customer focus, because the facility has extraordinary potential.

Central reference point
The rooms are spacious and well furnished, where for those who love local traditions, equipped with a bed with German blankets.
The cleaning of the rooms is carried out daily in a maniacal way.
Breakfast, served in the large restaurant on the ground floor, offers a very rich sweet and savory buffet in which you can taste local products always fresh and quality.
The quality of the services offered is very high and the price is average with the local offer.
At check-in, guests are given the Bolzano card, which in addition to various discounts in the city's premises, offers the opportunity to travel for free in the region by public transport.
The only flaw, if we really want to find it, is the car park, as the structure does not have reserved parking spaces, but relies on the public paid parking in Piazza Wlather, convenient at the entrance to the hotel but does not guarantee to always find the place when you arrive.
If I were to happen again in Bolzano, we would definitely stay there again!
