โอเค ถ้ามีความสุขอยู่ในเมือง และไม่บายเดอะบีช
พนักงานเป็นมิตร
ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวก็ไม่ได้อยู่ริมชายหาด และมีผ้าเช็ดตัวสำหรับโรงแรมไม่ได้ฟรี
ยัง มีรถรับส่งเป็นครั้งที่สอง และในครั้งที่สองรอบ mornung 5 จองมันจำได้ว่าคืนก่อน เพราะเขามีแค่ 8 ที่นั่งรถบัส และ ถ้าคุณไม่ได้จองไม่ได้ เพราะเขาไม่เต็มใจในรีเพื่อเพิ่มพิเศษรถรับส่งสำหรับที่อยู่อาศัยโรงแรม!
โรงแรม 10 นาทีจากร้านอาหารที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ!

we thank you for staying at Mercure Olbia and for taking the time to share your impressions in Tripadvisor. We are very sorry that your expectations weren't completely met during and after your stay, please accept our sincerest apologies.
We understand that the main concern for you was that our hotel is not located near the beach, something that furthermore we do not advertise (our GPS coordinates are available, as well as accurate position on Google Maps). It is true that we provide a free shuttle bus service to the beach Pittulongu, this is an on request service as you pointed out, and runs 2 times each way however when the two journeys are full we normally do our best to make an extra journey, we will investigate why in your case this request was denied, though we are very sorry.
We are however happy to notice you enjoyed our facilities, our central location and our staff.
We hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.

Ripoff
- ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวชายหาด เขาเรียกเก็บเงิน 5 วัน (ไม่มีใครอยู่ในศตวรรษในเพลง 100% มันเป็นจุดหมายปลายทางบีช มาบน! )
- บริการทำความสะอาดเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวไม่เว้นแต่คุณจะปล่อยให้เขาเป็นระเบียบภายในห้องอาบน้ำฝักบัว

At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
Although we respect your opinion, we are quite suprised about some of your observations and it is perhaps worth to point out the following:
- no beach towels: beach towels are provided in exchange for a daily rent, just like you wrote.
- the cleaning service does not change towels unless you leave them: this is a Planet21 policy for which we are very proud of. We respect the environment and unless the customer expressly ask to change the towels or bed sheets, we do not and save energy.
- pool is not working yet: we have no information about our hydro-therapic swimming pool being out of order, would you please write us directly specifying exactly which day this was told?
- they turn off the main elevator: the main elevator was never turned off, and was fully functional from the beginning of the season. Only the panoramic elevator was few days out of order, problem that we solved as soon as possible.
- not once but twice we were served tea in a chopped teapot: we checked all our teapots, other than some small defect in few items, we found no broken teapot.
- air conditioning does not work properly: we are sorry to hear that, we may have encountered some problems, but we always solved them after our guests' signalations.
- you get a lot of light in the morning: please note each room has blackout courtains, which you can close to avoid the light to come into the room
We also apologize about the non mentioned specific issues from you outlined about our service, although we are again very surprised, we will not miss the chance to verify in depth all details in order to improve the quality of our product and our services.
We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
