Positive experience but...
Sore spot, the loud voice of the staff at 7.30am for both days

A lot of the things are falling apart or are just dirty. The room smelled like dog and had a lot of dog hair. Probably from the last visitors. The terrace door did not close tightly so you had a feeling that Palermos streets were in the room.
The staff was super friendly but a bit confused.

The Hotel was perhaps a Luxury Suite when it opened, certainly not now.
The entrance is characterized by a really Vintage Lift (of those that have the wooden cabin with the double opening of the doors, not really modern I would say).
The Warhol Suite at first glance was really nice but as soon as we unpacked we noticed:
1 - The Toilet of the Bathroom was moving and it was enough that my 11-year-old daughter used it and flushed the water that invaded the floor; I immediately pointed out the problem and the lady at the Reception told us that she would report the problem and look for someone (it was Saturday afternoon and so I understand that it was difficult to find someone but the problem is that the leak was there for a long time ...);
2 - The handles of the toilets and cabinet were all undone and not fixed, the walls of the bathroom had stains, a sign that a continuous maintenance of the rooms was lacking over time;
3 - The Terraces of the room are really small and are affected by the old character, not to say worn, of the facades of the Palace;
4 - The next day we had Breakfast which is very good but shame that to have a yogurt or even a glass of water you have to ask the lady who prepares breakfast; in two days I did not see a buffet of anything, unlike the photos advertised;
Too bad because on Carta it was a really nice place but given the price per night, I find these inconveniences really inconceivable so I will definitely never return and I hope this objective review is helpful.
