Pleasant stay

Positive experience, excellent hotel in all respects. Only flaws the parking that does not exist and the agreement with the outside restaurant to be reviewed absolutely. I will not go into the merits of the product served, but being treated as second-class customers is not possible. The welcome is the winning weapon for tourism and in that place, everything is anything but welcoming.

Staying in Sulmona

Hotel in the norm, nothing transcendental, nice rooms with all the comforts, air conditioning, excellent mattresses and pillows, excellent and varied breakfast, non-existent parking even if the outdoor street parking is safe, in my experience the price even if at a reduced price still remains high.

Very nice hotel with some services to improve.

Nice hotel, very vintage, clean, with perfectly tidy and organized bathrooms. Excellent buffet breakfast and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Only one sore point: we need more clarity on the partner restaurant for dinner, very far from the hotel and not a real restaurant, but a pizzeria! It also has a meat menu, but it's terrible, while we saw that all the locals ate pizza, so either say it, or remove the dinner convention, it will make you lose points and you don't deserve it.

Cleanliness and courtesy.

We stayed one night at this hotel, my wife and son. Clean common areas as well as the room although really spartan as well as the hotel in general. The staff were very kind and the breakfast was good, there were tarts, donuts, fruit juices and of course a cafeteria. It is located a quarter of an hour from the center of Sulmona but does not have private parking.

Hospitality and friendliness 10 cum laude but….

Hotel located in a quiet area a stone's throw from the historic center. Exceptional staff, friendly and always available to support guests. The rooms are dated, minimal and quiet. Mattress ok. Clean and functional bathroom. The breakfast however disappointed us a lot. (little choice and low quality of products). We suggest including typical, artisanal and quality products. The area is rich in them, why not offer them and be proud of them?
