Breakfast is served on the top floor you can choose traditional Japanese (Nadaman/super famous Japanese restaurant) or western style buffet breakfast.
With a little supplemental fee, I could go to Onsen (hotspring) and it was soo relaxing and the view was stunning. You even can sail to Miyajima island from this hotel port.

As you mentioned, our hotel is not in the city center, but because of its location facing the Seto Inland Sea, you can take the Miyajima high-speed ferry, which is very convenient for sightseeing in Hiroshima.
We also provide a free shuttle bus from Hiroshima Station for guests who visit our hotel.
We sincerely apologize for the disappointment you felt about the hot spring facilities as you pointed out.
If our hotel's hot springs are not included in your accommodation plan, you will be charged separately.
For guests who wish to use the hot springs, we recommend our value accommodation plan, which includes use of the hot springs in advance. We apologize again for the lack of information.
Based on your feedback, we will continue to work hard to improve our service.
