This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that 1 additional child aged 11 years and below will be charged MYR 59 per night. All additional charges are to be paid directly at the hotel. Please note that breakfast is included in the room rate for 2 persons only. Guests who wish to upgrade to a full board meal plan may contact the property directly with the contact details that can be found on the booking confirmation. All beverages and transfers are excluded from the room rate. Breakfast is served from 07:30 - 10:30. Optional: Lunch is served from 12:00 - 14:30 Dinner is served from 19:00 - 22:30

Effective 1 January 2024, Foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) via the Malaysian Immigration portal. It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel.
