In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of MYR 500 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. In our continuous efforts to improve our services and maintain the resort, we will be carrying out lobby renovation works from 31st July 2024 to 7th September 2024, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. During this period, you may experience occasional noise disturbances. In addition, the State of Perak has impose Local Service Charges at RM 3 per room per night every hotel category effective 1st January 2025 in accordance to Perak Hotels Regulations 2024. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these improvements. Effective 1 January 2024, Foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) via the Malaysian Immigration portal. It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel.
