Excellent stay!

I absolutely loved my stay at The Fives! Everyone on the staff was incredible especially Ernesto, Alejandro, and Jose. The bartenders were excellent and accommodating. The daily happy hour for Gold and Diamond members was an extra special treat and a great way to start the evening before heading out. There are different daily events and I enjoyed the Chef’s Wow Special with complimentary appetizers poolside.
I would definitely stay here again.

Favorite place in Playa to work and chill

I love this hotel, I come 2 or 3 times a week either to the rooftop, for coffee at Marley or to the spa. Everything is amazing, specially the staff. The host Ernesto is super nice and friendly. I recently got my membership and it’s totally worthy. Top tier service, food and attention from the staff.

A must stay!

Loved staying at The Fives! Prime location, right near the plaza, near the ferry and bus terminal and a few steps from Quinta Avenida. The rooftop infinity pool was beautiful, the food and drinks were 10/10! The room was comfy and clean and everyone was super helpful. Ernesto and his team were very attentive during our relaxing pool day.

Five Star rooftop experience

I will.highly recommend If you are looking for five star treatment, this is the place me and my sister, thoroughly enjoyed. The staff, were so kind. Ernesto, personally came to us, and sat down with us, to see if were satisfied. My name is Tanya and my sister"s name is Valerie. Dorre..Arturo . Waited on us hand and foot... Now for our suite , we had a one bedroom suite, with
Balcony and jacuzzi, and kitchen where we actually cooked!!! We felt we were home,away fromhome. If you are looking for this type of treatment, I would highly recommend. We will be back.
