Top breakfast
Very friendly and helpful hostess.
The room is spacious, the bed is very large and comfortable. I will come back soon inshallah

Bruyant
Great when you have to fly at 5:00 in the morning.
It is impossible to go swimming pool outside because closed at 6pm.
On the other hand friendly welcome staff

Hamam very cold all the day, and when you reclaim they ignore you or they start insulting you, and when you call the manager he is the worst of them he’s also insulting you and asking to call the pol is if u wanna solve your problem

An average stay
On the plus side the staff is welcoming and attentive and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed.

A SHAME, NOTHING RECOMMENDED
They put us in a room that had nothing to do with the photos posted on the platforms (very small room, without views or terrace, with two separate beds and broken interior furniture).
After complaining and insisting a LOT they moved us the next day to the room we had reserved (of course without offering any type of discount for having slept in a lower priced room). The new room did not have towels and after asking for them at reception they brought us ONE TOWEL claiming that they did not have any more (the rest of the days they did not bring them either).
As if that were not enough, we found a cockroach in the bathroom of the room (something that no one has worried about since it seems to be normal).
Add that the staff does not speak English, the hamam they have is paid and the gym is always available for men while if you are a woman you will have access only 3 days a week.
After writing to booking customer service, they did not provide us with any coherent solution, only a €25 travel credit so that we would not continue complaining.
Finally, after leaving the hotel, they canceled our reservation on booking so that we could not put any reviews on the platform.
If you want a quiet vacation, this is not the place.
