There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice.
I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade.
The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though.
The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

Great Location
The Hotel manager was super friendly, and was very good at giving us helpful to tips to ensure a pleasant holiday.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Marrakech.

Memorable trip
I probably won’t visit Marrakesh again as I have done all I wanted to do, camel ride, hot air balloon ride etc, but I would definitely recommend this hotel should any of my friends think about visiting this city. Thank you hotel Caspien for a lovely holiday.
