En primer lugar agradecerle haber confiado en nosotros para su estancia en Madrid,
Nuetsro parking se encuetra cerrado en estos momentos por la reforma en la que nos encontramos inmersos, esperamos pronto tenerlo de nuevo abierto.
Nuestro hotel dispone de una zona empedrada en la misma puerta, donde nuestros clientes pueden dejar el coce para realizar el check in y bajar su equipaje.
Lamento el malentendido que sin duda estaremos encantados de solucionar en su próxima visita,

Worst hotel

Lamentamos profundamente la confusión y los inconvenientes que ha experimentado con su reserva. Entendemos lo frustrante que debe haber sido llegar al hotel y descubrir que la reserva no podía ser utilizada en la fecha deseada.
Las tarifas de prepago funcionan igual en todo el sector servicios: lineas aereas, hoteles, car rentals, etc. Si contrata una tarifa de Prepago del 100% viene bien especificado a la hora de hacer la reserva que son tarifas sin posibilidad de modificación, con costes de cancelación del 100% . Lógicamente, estas tarifas son mas ventajosas justamente por estas restricciones.
Me consta que, a su llegada, al informarle en el hotel de su equivocación, les instaron a esperar para ver si podian darles una alternativa pero accedieron al cuarto del baño y al salir, dijeron que ya habian encontrado otro hotel. De haber esperado estoy segura que hubieramos encontrado una solución.
Apreciamos su comprensión y estamos siempre disponibles para cualquier consulta adicional que pueda tener.
