Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found the hotel aesthetically pleasing and enjoyed the furniture. However, we're truly sorry to learn about the issues you encountered during your stay. We apologize for the discomfort you experienced with the bed and the noise from the hallway. We understand how important a good night's sleep is, especially after a long journey, and we regret that we fell short in providing that for you.
We'll certainly look into the shower head issue and the door gap to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance to provide a better stay in the future during which we can ensure that a quieter room is allocated to you.

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. It must have been frustrating to wait so long only for the food. I am very disappointed to hear about the quality of food, have you shared your concerns with one of our Team at the time? We do our best to check in on every table to ensure everyone if having a satisfactory meal and I'm afraid we do not recall your feedback, otherwise we would have made it right.
If you wish to discuss your concerns further we would be more than happy to do so and try our best to restore your faith.

“Room” for improvement

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations. We understand how inconvenient it can be when parking is farther than expected, especially in the rain. We’ll make sure to highlight this more clearly in our booking details to avoid future confusion. We also apologize for the disturbance caused by the air conditioning – that’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide.

Shambles
At 2.15pm our meals arrived with no potatoes on any plates! The waiter was apologetic but obviously not up to the job and took our meals away two at a time with no indication of when he would return.
At this point we gave up and left. Our friend is staying there ( his second visit this year to this hotel). He will not be returning.
I think The Three Swans needs a serious rethink. Training in hospitality absolutely essential and maybe another chef or two in the kitchen
