Good stay in family room
There were 3 communal washers and 3 dryers (washer tablets only £0.50) (with the washer we did well but with the dryer we tried 3 different programs and when finished it had not dried, instructions would have been good if we were using it wrong).
We asked for cleaning two days for stay of 7 and there was no problem and also the fix of the cistern button and by the end of the day was already fixed.
The only thing they could not get at reception was a step for the children for the bathroom (the toilet was a little high) nor a mattress or something soft for the cot (it only had the hard base with a foam of about 1cm and was very hard).In the end we had to lie the baby on the sofa bed with the sister because it was not so small but I know that folding mattresses are sold for cots (they should worry equally for the babies as for the rest of tenants).
The water in the shower changed from cold to hot alone without touching the tap and was a little uncomfortable.
In a photo of the hotel address from two years ago we saw that for the free breakfast next to the reception they offered apart from croissants and hot drinks, fruit and juices or yogurts, but we only saw croissants and the hot drinks machine (and the water one)
The hotel is very central, the city is nice at Christmas and despite the hotel being very close to the Rock City concert venue and there being concerts in the evenings virtually every day, we had no noise problems in the room.

Easily accessible, parking underground is perfect but caution if you have a sill on your vehicle as the access is steep …
The staff welcome you old friends. The rooms are spacious and perfect for short or longer stays! With a kitchen and tea/coffee facilities.
