Great Stay in Key West

Great stay! Service and staff were impeccable! Went for two nights on our first visit to Key West. Will certainly stay here again on future trips. Rooms were clean and modern. Pools were clean, warm with multiple options. Staff were friendly for the entire stay!

DO NOT BOOK HERE

BEWARE!! King with patio. The photos are NOT what you’re going to get. What an absolute S$!T hole. The room is so small it’s laughable. Total bait and switch. The answer is constantly “some of the rooms are smaller than others - we’re boutique” yet we paid $4,000 for 5 days here and have nowhere to even place our clothing. ZERO hanging space except a small hook on the wall. You literally cannot get into the bathroom if the tv is angled slightly. God forbid you wanted to watch tv well then your significant other will be playing limbo. LITERALLY. There are MANY MANY other properties that I would recommend. In all seriousness the holiday inn would have been a comparably choice… except their rooms would likely be larger at a fraction the price. I get the experience of the town is why we’re all here as their property manager likes to respond to comments. Only problem with that is well I’m STAYING HERE! Don’t be scammed. Stay away. Find somewhere else.

Chlorine smell in the room. Could not control the room Temp at night. Alot on money for a small room, but a nice property for Key West

Tiny rooms with almost no storage....Good location and service...

Tiny rooms. Almost zero storage (no closet, only a few drawers). So if you like to unpack, or come from an average to above average sized home / bedroom, this will be super disappointing. Service was good....but still....wish we'd stayed home instead...

This is a great property and a great location with great service. Definitely enjoy my stay in is looking forward to returning again in the future.
