The penalty of $250 applies for smoking on-site and will be charged to the guest's card on file. Pets are welcome. The weight limit is 25 lbs and an additional $250 pet incidentals deposit (per pet) is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon successful room inspection. Pets must be accompanied and leashed at all times.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
