In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Credit card holder must be present at time of check in. If credit card holder will not be present, a third-party credit authorization must be signed and delivered to Sohotel before Check-In. All third-party credit authorization form must be completed, signed and received 72 hours prior to Check-In At check-In, Sohotel will place $250 hold on the credit card provided for all incidentals that may occur during your stay. These funds will be released at check-out and may take up to 30 days to be returned depending on issuing bank. Please note that all debit cards will take the money directly out of your account. Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in. There is only access by stairs, there is no elevator at the property.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
