Exceptional Customer Service

Jessica, the manager, is outstanding. She is always smiling, kind, and helping with any need you may have.
The breakfast is appreciated and delicious.
The housekeeping staff are pleasant and they always has the rooms clean and stocked!!

The staff (very little) that they have are phenomenal, but they can only do so much when so understaffed. The place was some what clean, however, very bad maintained. The owners should be doing more to maintain the building in better conditions. With only 1 housekeeper during the day, and only 1 person to mann the front desk and at the same time serve breakfast, the risk of cross contamination is very great. Even though they were severely short staffed, the staff there is amazing at trying to do whatever they can for the guests, which was very appreciated. However, when you are in the pool, and there are no pool towels for 2 days, oh, because the front desk person also had to try to keep up with the pool area, it is kind of difficult to enjoy your stay. She did all she could to keep up with the guests needs, but was alone in trying to do so. The housekeeper, although alone also, did a great job at cleaning the rooms we were in. The front desk manager was awesome when we had a problem with a guest in the next room, and when we requested to change rooms so he would not escalate his situation, she did that for us quickly and even went upstairs to see how he was behaving with us. She was just terrific at what she does. If this place does better at maintaining the building and gets more staff like the ones they have, this would be our go-to place to stay when going to Rochester.

The room was quite small and not very handicapped friendly. The breakfast wasn’t very good. Need more of a selection for breakfast.

Locked out hungry, tired, cold, and pissed!!!

If I would have known that this hotel locks their door and you cannot get in with even a f****** key card I would have never came here cuz I went to go to a ball that went until midnight and I couldn't even get back in and I stand outside pounding on the door for like f****** half an hour until I realized I had my phone in my pocket and I called and then even then it took them like 10 minutes to get to the door to let me in and unlock it and it was f****** cold!!
