Good stay

The Vite is good, so is the service.
Good breakfast, the menu is fine.
Great pool, very nice temperature.
The only thing the hotel lacks to improve the experience is to have air conditioning in the rooms, it is very hot and necessary.

Poor restaurant

The hotel is a good choice, for being close to the airport, generally clean and well served. But the restaurant service is deplorable. The delay in care and service is unacceptable. Without any notice, to passengers, the restaurant service is cancelled at lunchtime, with no alternative possible.

We went to spend a weekend and it was all spectacular... excellent reception when we arrived and with lots of recommendations... super friendly the girls! Congratulations! So it is nice to come back... rich breakfast... plentiful and the rooms clean and neat... we can definitely come back

Beautiful weekend!!!

Excellent attention from all the staff. Very good room, excellent cleanliness and everything you need to be comfortable, very complete buffet breakfast with ample hours, very good location on the waterfront, covered garages with space to enter and exit well

False advertisement in general... that was our experience. The charges advertised in Hotels.com were not the charges applied by the hotel. The Hotel charged us twice as much for the rooms. Since we arrived late to an unknown city, we did not have much of a choice but pay and stay.
It was hot in the room. We did not know this hotel did not have A/C, so we called the front desk and we were offered a fan for each room. We called twice but the fan never came. We slept with the windows open.
The windows do not have protection, so families be extremely careful with children... DO NOT let them approach the windows if open.
Next day at the front desk checking out and ready to get out of there we asked why we were not given the fan they offered. Their answer was that the night shift did not have personnel to help the guest.
we'll never know if that was true, but we doubt we'll ever go back to this hotel.
Hotels.com...never going back to you either.
