I really enjoyed this stay experience
1. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Songhua River
2. The room is spacious and beautiful, and the bed is very comfortable
3. The service was very good, especially Rohit. He was handsome and nice, and helped me with my luggage

A Truly Unforgettable Experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin
We were celebrating my wife's birthday, and the Guest Experience Manager, Rohit, went above and beyond to make this occasion unforgettable. From upgrading us to a room with breathtaking panoramic views of the frozen river, to allowing an early check-in after our morning flight and a late check-out before our departure, every detail was handled with care and consideration. His personal touch made us feel truly special.
Special recognition also goes to Amy and Hunter, who, along with the rest of the staff, provided exceptional service. The entire team exuded warmth and professionalism, making us feel welcomed and valued at every moment.
The culinary offerings were another highlight. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets featured an impressive variety of dishes, all prepared to the highest quality standards. It was a true delight to indulge in such a feast, perfectly complementing the luxurious ambiance of the hotel.
Every element of our stay—from the beautifully appointed room to the impeccable service—came together to create an extraordinary experience that we will cherish forever. Thank you to the entire team at The Ritz-Carlton, Harbin, for making this celebration so memorable. We can't wait to return!
