Well located

The best part of the hotel is the location. Next to Place Kleber, you'll be a short walk from all the sights, restaurants and even the train station. In December there are Christmas markets spread across the historic center and all are very close.
The room is comfortable and has a well-equipped cup. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that the toilet was separate from the bathroom, but nothing that disappointed the stay.

Remarkable location

The only noteworthy thing was the central location. The apartment does not correspond to the photos. It needs reform. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and had a covernfoli cover to hide its deteriorated state. We stayed 4, 2 adults and two girls. They only left us a sink towel and a shower towel for everyone. In addition, they only left us a roll of toilet paper for the entire 4 day stay. We ordered and towels provided one for each, rolls only gave us one more. One of our daughters got several days with fever and we asked them for help in locating a doctor or a hospital and we did not receive any help. Unkindness, help and empathy for the reception staff in general, and especially for one of the girls we asked to manage the medical issue. I don't know what his name was, he was dark haired and very young. Hopefully the day to have children won't do to n what she did to us

New Year's Eve in Strasbourg

We stayed 3 nights at this property, super central location, attached to the tram stop, underground parking and Place Kléber. Our room was space to with a large bed, bathroom with bathtub and spacious by hotel standards. Well soundproofed both for external noise and for the corridor given the two doors. They accept dogs. Notes like this, they gave us only one electric key, and our tub was broken because it did not keep the water inside.

Nice apartment in the heart of Strasbourg

Very good location in the centre of Strasbourg, within walking distance of the station. Most points of interest are also easy to reach on foot. We were on a weekend in Strasbourg with 3 friends, and the apartment at Adagio was ideal for us. 2 twin beds in a separate enclosed bed room and another sofa bed in the living room. The apartment was spacious; there was also a small kitchen, and a separate toilet.
Lovely staff.
Small downside: the sanitary facilities need renovation: the sink in the bathroom did not drain? and flushing the toilet did not always go well.

The location was very central so that’s good. But there was no housekeeping services for stays below 8 nights so that was a disadvantage. And the hotel life was spoilt on the final day of our stay which meant we had to carry down our luggage down 8 flights of stairs which was simply crazy with no compensation from the hotel for this.
