Amazing location, unbelievably helpful hosts

Hotel is located in very convenient place, everything is in short walking distance, but the street is not busy. We loved the location, our room and the family, running the hotel. We definitely get much more than we paid for.
We loved it so much, that already booked our next stay there, without even considering other options.

It is ok for one night, but you can find better for the same price in Kutaisi

The positives:
- The Owners were very friendly and went out of their way to help
- The location is perfect: right in the centre of Kutaisi, but in a quiet side street close to the river
The negatives:
- My single room had floor to ceiling glass all around and due south-west so in the afternoon it became a glasshouse with unbearable high temperatures. There is an air conditioning unit but it was not effective in cooling down the room
- The breakfast was quite poor and not worth it in my opinion
- The TV did not work properly

Very clean, simple, pleasant, quite hotel!

If you need nice place to stay in Kutaisi this hotel is great choice for valuable price. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. It is located in the centre of town, in dead end street, near the river. Place is very quite, in the night you can hear the sound of river.
Owner and his family are very hospitable and helpfull, always smiling and at our service. If you need transfer from or to the airport when you are arriving or leaving town they will drive you no matter what time of day or night. We paid 40 GEL for transfer in 3.30 am.
If you want breakfast you have to pay extra 10 GEL and we were very satisfied with the food. Fresh cucumber and tomato salad, eggplant spread with walnuts, omelette, pancakes, butter and jams. Simple but delicious.
Hotel is not modern decorated but it is very cosy, and the beds are new and comfortable.

Awesome stay in excellent location with the good pick-up transfer from Kutaisi airport

This is a great value for money hotel located right in the center of Kutaisi. Do not expect a boutique hotel because this is more like a family homestay hotel with really good facilities. Anyways this is a really nice hotel with really great owners! Location is awesome and only 2 mins away from river.

Almost in the heart of the town

Mkudro guest house is very central located, close to the river. Rooms windows has mosquitoes nets. Our room has a private bathroom and air condition. Owners where very friendly (by my personal opinion they where even too much friendly :)). Breakfast was rich. What else... All in all it was a good option for a two days Kutaisi stay.
