Amazing reception

I had an amazing experience over the last two days at the Park Boutique Hotel! I stayed for two nights with my mother, and the highlight of our stay was definitely the service, especially at the reception. From the moment we arrived, Cam was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us. She made us feel so well taken care of! I would give her alone 100 stars if I could. Overall, it was a truly positive experience, and I highly recommend this hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing Stay

This was one of the best hotels we have every stayed in. As our first stop on a 3-week tour of NZ, we couldn't have picked a better place. The management staff was professional but also very warm, welcoming and helpful. We had a Remarkables Junior Suite with a fireplace which was EXTRAORDINARY ... spacious, extremely comfortable, everything you could possibly want in a premium boutique hotel, and a breathtaking view of the Remarkables mountain range. Make sure to participate in the nightly wine and apps gathering in the lobby every evening. And breakfast ... well, it was fabulous.

Exceptional service.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location with exceptional service from start to finish.
From the welcome and service at check-in from Megan and Lucretia, to Cam and J, the staff were exceptional.
The service was warm and genuine. They were very helpful when needed and suggested things like providing a breakfast tray to the room the night before a very early excursion.
Breakfast was lovely and the only meal we had in the hotel.
The location, while not in the heart of downtown Queenstown, is a very short walk away, 5 mins max, and benefits from a slightly calmer setting while still being super convenient.
Overall would be my first choice for another stay in Queenstown.

Exceptional hotel and great location

This hotel was fantastic and very well managed. The location is perfect - close to hiking/biking trails, short walk to the InterCity bust stop and close to great restaurants/shopping. Staff are incredibly friendly and professional. The room was spotless, nicely appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast is included and was high quality, healthy and delicious. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful boutique hotel just a five-minute walk from downtown Queenstown. Nice rooms with a spacious kitchen and livingroom. Amazing happy hour and breakfast included in the price. Employees were very friendly. We would highly recommend!
