Highly recommended.

Good and pleasant facilities. Very nice rooms with all the services. Restaurant with local food. Staff very friendly and professional. Well located in an area of forest and spectacular mountains. Totally recommended.

Great Hotel, Excellent Food

Stayed for 2 nights and had and amazing time, we where a large group and we loved the hotel, the food was excellent i recommend the truffled eggs with foie this dish was amazing, you can easily walk around the town and i recommend to visit in august and visit Canicosa that is very close by, the staff was very helpful.

A very comfortable night.

We stayed in this hotel having driven from the Rioja through the Sierra de la Demanda. There isn't much in Quintana de la Sierra, so we thought it best to book dinner too, which was wise. By the end of September this area is virtually shut down, so we were the only guests in the hotel, but we were given a good meal by the owner-come-chef, who despite a gruff exterior was very accommodating. The hotel is mildly quirky, but the room was clean and very comfortable. A good stop-off.

stopped here for a night on a walking trip

very sleepy town with not much going on around it.
The hotel was very nice and the staff really helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Almost as if this hotel was out of place being in this little sleepy town ...seemed like it would do better in a trendy city.
Must be the nicest place in town by some way!

Comfortable country retreat with excellent food

This Posada is in a well restored stone building in the middle of a small town, close to fabulous hiking in the mountains around two lakes. Lunch was delicious. Our room was cosy, well appointed and very clean. An excellent one night stay deservedly recommended in Back Roads Spain.
