We had a wonderful stay and definitely will be back. It’s one of the best resort I had as a family in a long time. Affordable price for great quality facilities and food. Kid zoo & water slide definitely seduced our little ones. The beach is right across the street and there are restaurant & massage stores walking distance from resort

good location in karon beach, very good for family stay, Hospitable staff (thanks to all of them), beautiful gardens, but is a little old building that need some renewal.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice location.
A small downside is that the air conditioning is too loud.

Overfall nice experience. Hotel is little old and worn but that doesn’t really matter. Service is 10/10, really beautiful garden area all around the hotel. Really nice pools. Active slide pool for kids, relaxing ”beach” pool and two other. Restaurants is the highlight here especially Ocean Rhyme and Ciao. Both serve awesome food.

Next drink is to be served only after the previous drink has been fully consumed. Guests are only allowed to order one drink at a time. 7. Drinks are to be ordered for self only. No ordering drinks for other people. 8. In the event that the Hotel suspects that the guest is abusing the program and not acting in good faith, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the all-inclusive package immediately without refunds. In this case, the hotel levy a 10,000 THB Fine per guest at the hotel's discretion. 9. Hotel reserves the right to deny service of alcoholic drinks to guests who appear to be intoxicated to a point that could be a danger to self and others at the hotel’s own discretion. 10. All inclusive drinks starts at 3pm on check-in date and ends at 12pm on check-out date 11. Guests are to order from an all inclusive drinks menu only. Hotel reserves the right to amend the All-inclusive drinks menu without prior notice. All-Inclusive Package: All-Inclusive is a package that includes three meals a day, along with drinks, as specified in the rate. The meals included in the All-Inclusive package can be selected from the Half Board / Full Board menu, as well as the All-Inclusive Drink menu.
