Stayed here many times. Started getting turned off by their unannounced fee for parking, then it was free, then it was back. We go to Disney once a month. Over time, the staff has gotten very rude and it is a turn off. We have dtarted staying at other places with better customwr service.

I highly recommend this hotel if looking for a good value on a place to stay while visiting Disney. Good prices, very clean and up-to-date interior of rooms, friendly staff, and just a 20 minute walk from the parks. We were able to stays parked here and not worry about our car at all during our trip, which was wonderful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The best part about this hotel is the location and cost. The beds were very had and uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. When all you need is a place to sleep, look elsewhere because you won’t be getting much rest. They have a convenience store that rivals the cost of goods in actual Disneyland.

Clean motel. Super close to the park if you like to walk. Huge issue- the walks are really thin. Then at night, there’s noise so loud from the parking garage next door, you can’t sleep. Not sure if people were racing and peeling out, but it was more than just parking noise until midnight both nights. We could hear people laughing and screaming and lots of car alarms. If you have little kids, this may not be the spot for you.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very roomy. We liked the setup of the bathroom with the sink and vanity out of the shower and toilet area. It makes getting ready for a day at Disney much more convenient.
The beds are very hard, for us that was extremely uncomfortable. If you like a firm bed, then this won't be an issue.
The location was very convenient with a Starbucks right across the street and a 15 minute walk to the security check point on Harbor. Unfortunately there is a parking garage next to the hotel that is for the City Walk. Our room faced the parking structure and it sounded like fast and the furious all Friday night with loud cars, burnouts and blaring music. Luckily being worn out from the park made falling asleep not difficult.
If it wasn't for the beds being so firm, we would definitely stay there again.
