We had a great check-in experience, even though we arrived late at night. I was initially concerned there might be an issue since it was late, but (Scott?) at the front desk exceeded expectations. He was courteous, professional, and highly knowledgeable—an outstanding representative of the hotel. The property itself was clean, quiet, and conveniently connected to the Mall of America. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Good stay. Although I was disappointed in house keeping knocking on our door in the morning and waking us up. Our check out wasn’t until noon and this took place around 9am.

The room was conveniently located to Mall of America. The common areas were exceptional. Our room was cold no blankets provided and no one would ask the phone when we called for assistance on any extension, when we talk to desk in person they did not care.

Wonderful property! Enjoyed my stay after spending all day at the mall! Staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcome!

Location is very convenient. It is connected to the mall of America. Love the lobby, has a fun hanging chair and fireplace. Rooms are clean and so as the bathroom. Stayed one night for my son’s birthday and enjoyed that it is connected to the mall and can rest in the room before going back out again. So may dining options inside the mall.
