Brilliant Hotel
Room
Modern, comfortable bed, clean and spacious with a lovely private pool. All amenities provided in bathroom and for the morning coffee and tea. A complimentary mini bar stocked once on arrival had an array of soft drinks and juices. Only small negative is that the private pool is not quite private as other villas can see into your pool area.
Food
Breakfast at Natura was very good with a wide array of Western and Asian foods, one good thing is that breakfast eggs etc were cooked to order hence you were guaranteed hot food.
Dinner
Our package included dinner at Natura and a one off dining experience at Hispania and Shibiru (Japanese) the speciality restaurants. Our meals at speciality restaurants were a set menu format (tasting plate size) and very enjoyable. Dinner at Natura had an extensive menu for Luxury Escapes which was excellent in terms of choices. The food was wonderful.
Beach
2 Man made beaches with sun lounges fantastic to swim with staff on hand with cold water - wonderful.
Spa
Had several included massages which were all very good including use of Sauna and Turkish Baths.
Staff
Couldnt ask for more professional and courteous staff across the whole resort. A couple of notables include:
Hoang our private Butler who was always on hand via Whatsapp to make any and every reservation. He contacted us twice a day to confirm our activities and was always available for advice even on his day off work. Thanks Hoang for your professionalism and service.
Loki a staff member at breakfast who was fantastic, great service, knew our coffee order as we walked into the restaurant and very efficient at the breakfast service.
Pax a wonderful barman at Theia bar. Great service
Daisy at the spa a wonderful friendly person.
Wayne at Natura restaurant for great service.
All staff could speak english and always up for a laugh.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay it was just a pity that for the majority of our stay the weather was unkind with strong wind, cloud and showers.

The hotel was nice, too. The staff was kind, too. I'd like to stay again next time. The breakfast is delicious and the swimming pool is good. You can also use the sauna for free. Next time, I want to stay in a room with a swimming pool. Especially, the enemies are kind hahaha
