Comfortable room, excellent service.

I had the pleasure of staying at UMA Suite Chia for five days for work, and my experience was simply spectacular. The hotel is large, with spacious and comfortable rooms, equipped with kitchens that make you feel at home. It also has wet areas perfect for relaxing, as well as beautiful terraces with a stunning view. Cleaning service is impeccable, with friendly staff and always willing to help. It also offers BBQ areas ideal for group sharing.
One of the things that impressed me the most was the availability of spacious rooms for business meetings, making it an ideal place for both work and rest. Around it, there are a variety of shopping centers and restaurants that complement the stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, top service and a great location.

Although we paid for one room for two people, they charged us for an extra person even though we showed them the booking receipt.

Comfortable and clean, would return

The place is ideal for rest or work. The rooms are comfortable, with well equipped kitchens. The staff is attentive and friendly. It also has a swimming pool, gym and a great location near shopping malls. I would come back!!!

All-in-one hotel

Quiet, welcoming and with incredible service, from the moment you enter the hotel lobby you are greeted with a smile, the rooms are amazing, clean, large and most importantly the common areas, pool and jacuzzi included in the value of the night.

It is a nice hotel very near a lot of things, there is a huge shopping mall and easy to walk. The hotel is friendly and filled with the university students. I was able to eat breakfast when I needed it. The only thing I didn’t like it’s that breakfast it’s over at 9:00 a.m. so if I wake up late I’m out of luck.
