Nothing To Recommend
The check in process was good but the checkout process was terrible. I found no coordination among various departments.
The lifts were smelly due to excess use of fragrance.
The room and sleep quality were decent. A lot of things were completely ignored. The carpet inside the room was dirty with a lot of stains, who cares.
The in room dining was ok, but the laundry management was terrible and was the reason for creating a lot of confusion at the time of checkout.
The in-house restaurant in the reception lobby was ignorable. The food spread looked like a lot of disinterest from the entire staff.
Overall nothing great to write about and nothing really to recommend.
