I would but I can't
"The Resort" has great potential but badly run. The apartments are dirty old and moldy. Our gardenia in particular does not have curtains in the front door and therefore zero privacy since on the same landing there is access to another apartment, we always left the external wooden door closed to prevent those passing could look inside.

On the day of arrival we had to ask for toilet paper at the reception because missing, it can happen. Too bad that in the following days we always had the same problem, we bought a package at the Conad city of Blacksmith to not have to request it at the reception.
We ask about the restaurant and it is explained that it works only with a 4-course set menu and that it is served at the same time for everyone as in the best company canteens.
For those on holiday having all these restrictions seems a bit much.
We book because we usually tend to always stay in the structure to relax.
The menu at 35 euros per person drinks excluded really very poor, the only decent thing the panzanella. I ask for the wine list to choose a bottle, I am brought shame that out of 8 wines (4 white and 4 red) listed 5 were not available, I wonder why bring a list if then more than half are not there? Doesn't it make a better impression by listing orally the types that are there?
My wife has hardly eaten anything but no one has ever asked why it's okay......
The next morning the three of us wake up with dysentery and blame fatigue and say nothing.
Breakfast really poor and not hccp with a lot of uncovered food, the buffet really exposed in a horrible way and poor quality food .I ask for a chamomile since I had not felt well and I am brought a soluble flavored with lemon but......
At the reception we point out that the shower arm has a problem because it is broken. We're told it will be fixed.
We go to the pool and then decide to give another chance to the restaurant for lunch.
We order a platter of cold cuts and a ham and melon.
The really borderline ham, of very low quality in fact we left it and despite that nobody asked us why.
Cross over on the restaurant the other days we always went out to dinner.
The beautiful and well equipped spa a plus for the view that enjoys the greenery of the property which is well maintained.
At check out we pointed out all the themes and we were discounted the price of a dinner 35 euros.
We were asked why we did not mention the issues, I would ask myself another question. We spent 5 nights at the property and no one despite the Resort occupancy was quite low ever asked us if everything was okay.
Influencers can also tell the most beautiful things about this world (since they are usually hosted for free),
It is the guests who pay the bills and if the latter are no longer there the structure sooner or later closes.

In the green heart of Umbria
Our suite was tastefully furnished and very functional, there was absolutely nothing missing: from the whirlpool tub, to the shower with chromotherapy, to the comfortable bed with topper, culminating in a panorama worthy of a painting.
Breakfast was great with a buffet that provided a wide choice of products (especially sweets) really good cakes. The dinner offered in the structure consisted of four courses that varied daily at the discretion of the cook.
Inside the structure there were two beautiful pools that unfortunately we could not take advantage of for lack of time.
We really thank all the staff and in particular Ms Maricela, you made us feel the genuineness of the Umbrian welcome.

Resort no, nice place and friendly staff.
Pink Room: dilapidated electrical outlets, external door as a cm high from the floor, which allowed entry to insects and creeps of various kinds; toiletries (2 sachets of shower shampoo and 2 bars of soap) never replenished; badly fixed toilet tablet; impeccable cleaning.
Access to the facility for the disabled: difficult.
Swimming pools: 2, one (the largest) with a strange additive that made it "salty", both besieged by flies, wasps, horseradish (whose stings we are still dealing with, a week later). On the phone there had been talk of outdoor whirlpool: obviously not working, and a guest who had already been there confirmed that even previously unfortunately this was the case.
The access allowed to external guests "daily" does not always allow you to enjoy the beds, nor the peace that for us had been the motive for choosing such a place!
Food: breakfast with low salt (but acceptable) , good croissants, over-sweetened jams, but with hardly distinguishable flavors (ditto the tarts, with good pastry but the same flavor problem), "fake" juices ; the dinner proposed at 35 euros each, the first night (panzanella, tomato lasagna, meat bites, chicory) prompted us to look for alternatives in the area and we did not regret.
Spa: The proposed endowment at a price of 45 euros each (90 per couple) is inadmissible.
The place has undeniable potential and a location that allows you to easily reach Perugia, Orvieto, Lake Trasimeno and Bolsena... but I fear we will not return.
