Very well.

Right in the center of Perugia a few steps from a free parking, organized to perfection. They contact you via whatsapp and follow you step by step from check in to check out. Our room was small but very comfortable, nice shower, fridge with free water, large TV with app, on the ground floor but with nice views of the Perugia rooftops. In short, everything is great. Congratulations to the guys who run the facility.

Esperienza da non ripetere in inverno!

Nulla da dire sull’organizzazione del ceck-in, sulla pulizia del locale e sulla sua posizione strategica vicino al centro…questi pregi, però, vengono terribilmente compromessi dall’impossibilità di vivere, sicuramente in inverno, nella stanza! Si tratta di una camera ricavata al pian terreno, recentemente sistemata seguendo la scelta di mantenere a vista le antiche rovine della città, alternando pavimento in ceramica a inserti in vetro e griglia forata che consente un passaggio di aria tra la camera e le rovine…con l’arrivo delle piogge, le rovine si riempiono di acqua, per questo motivo la stanza assorbe un livello di umidità tale che non è assolutamente idonea ad ospitare PERSONE!oltre al disagio di sentirsi sempre umidi nonostante il riscaldamento acceso, l’aria è totalmente malsana, vi lascio solo immaginare l’odore che si crea, di cantina e muffa, che si impregna ovunque, ovviamente nelle lenzuola del letto ma anche nei vestiti in valigia… quello che mi ha lasciata perplessa è la consapevolezza dei proprietari di casa, che hanno piazzato in stanza un deumidificatore portatile (totalmente inutile) e non si sono azzardati a chiederci un riscontro sul soggiorno…sicuramente l’unico utilizzo che possono fare della stanza è per stagionarci salumi, non persone!

Abbiamo dormito 2 notti in questa casa a due passi dal centro storico di Perugia. Comodo parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. La casa è arredata con cura, è deliziosa, confortevole e pulita. Gli host sono stati davvero gentili e sempre a disposizione. Consigliatissimo.
