It was a nice stay at the hotel, great location, close to the train station, very safe, the breakfast was very good, and clean

The hotel is about some 40+ years old, not dirty but kind of outdated. Location near Osaka Station West Exit which is the entrance of Haruka train platform, however need walking about 15 minutes to Umeda Center area. Room size was just ok for Japan's hotel room standard, barely space for opening 2 large suitcases. Need to walk back to Umeda center area for breakfast, dinner & supermarket. Next to railway track which is quite noisy.

Love the space and cleanliness. Great location, walking distance to several train stations. Shower and water pressure is good. There is an underground walkway from Osaka Station to the hotel. Noted: You can hear every train went by; if you are a light sleeper beware.

old fashioned classical hotel

Less than 10min walk from Osaka Umeda Station. Nice old fashioned and classical mood in the building. Room itself was small but very cozy. 2 bottles of minetal water was set up. There were Starbucks and some reasonable price restaurants around the hotel so good for staying by oneself. Staff members were very friendly.

Traveling couple. The room is dark. Bathroom is not too small but no shelf space for your vanity kit. Nor hanging hooks. Toilet is crammed.
Bed and bedding is comfortable. Front staff is excellent as Japanese standard.
I will stay here only if the price is right.
