Best hotel in Łódź

Beautiful hotel and Spa- design is amazing! Also very friendly staff at the reception and restaurant, the bellboy was very helpful and showed me the room and explained everything, thank you! The breakfast was great, very good quality of product, the buffet had everything you need, also for vegan. I highly recommend Grand Hotel for the stay in Łódź

Grand location in the heart of Łódź

My wife and I were visiting Łódź for a weekend and I elected to stay at Hotel Grand. Hotel is located right on Piotrkowska street- main pedestrian thoroughfare of the city. Its location is its key aspect. Fabryczna train station - one that Warsaw bound passengers would use is 10 minutes away by foot. Hotel is a high end facility. Full service. Great breakfast, good restaurant, an amazing bar with its own street access. Grand Bar if I recall is a jewel of the place. If one wants to enjoy amazing cocktails and see beautiful staff, go get a table here. Hotel has a spa in its below street level. It is a full service spa, there’s a pool, steam sauna and other conveniences . This place does not disappoint.

I booked and paid for a four person apartment and arrival was charged and extra amount heading that they we had to pay extra. Very non-communicative staff

Amazing in all aspects - beautiful renovation work with superb attention to details. The room (suite) was super comfortable, great bed, beautiful bathroom. Breakfast - very varied and high quality. The wellness area is simply fantastic - worth a visit even to enjoy the renovation work. Highly recommended!

the hotel is wonderfull.the rooms are big and nice.shower looks good but not practiavle.
hot tab- very small...
breakfast is very good but the coffee in the breakfast is not as good as the coffee in the grand caffe which is 20 meters away.
