It suited my means perfectly. I was visiting a friend from when I lived there twenty five years ago.And I was able to go see the house that I bought in nineteen eighty four and see how big the chesapeake area has grown.

Roaches not clean for a extended stay no cups dishwear nothing didn't like it at all will never stay there again and will never reclaimed no one else to stay there.

Is this really a hotel? It felt like a Military barracks or low income housing. My room had bugs. The light in the bathroom didn't work. There was no TV remote. 1 towel and a half a roll of toilet paper in the room. The Bed was a joke. Some drunk above me was partying until 2am. Some tweaker was roaming th hallway all night and going in and out of his room every 5 minutes.

The only time I have ever refused to stay at a hotel

I was originally booked at another WoodSpring Suites in Chesapeake. They called me while I was on the road driving to the hotel to inform me due to "maintenance issues" they were moving me to this location. Both rooms booked smelled horrible. It smelled like Raid Bug Killer had been set off in each room. The beds were terrible, with thin covers. The refridgerators in both rooms were filthy on the outside. Marks were on many areas of the wall. The mirror in one bathroom had rust around the entire frame. You could see where holes had been punched into the walls and doors. The rooms were unacceptable and not a place a person could stay and feel safe and clean. I returned the keys and informed the office staff we would not be staying and to not charge us, as those rooms should not be offered at all in the condition they were in. I also was given a business card to the manager and sent an email describing the terrible condition of the rooms. I would recommend to NOT book a room here ever.

The refrigerator was dirty, there were roaches crawling on the floor of the bathroom & in the bathtub.
